"Actually enjoyed the food. Very flavorful and relatively adequate sizes. Not the humongous portions in other Mexican restaurants. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Make reservation for larger groups. Decent bar fare too."

"Celebrated my mother-in-law's birthday. Great food, but a bit over priced. Service was a little slow, and our server looked like she wanted to be elsewhere, but we made the best of it. I had a burrito, which hit the spot, and the salsa that they serve with their chips is amazing."

"We got to our room and was hungry so Upon arriving at our room, we were immediately hungry and decided to search for food. We stumbled upon SOL Mexican, a delightful establishment that exceeded our expectations. The food was exceptional, and we both opted for the Asada tacos, accompanied by guacamole and their really tasty chips. The salsa and bean dip were equally impressive. We are confident that we will return to this establishment in the future."

"After trying to eat at 2 different restaurants with 2+ hour waits, my family and I ended up at this place. I would say it was a slightly upscale typical Mexican restaurant. They have a lot of great margarita and other drink options. And their complementary chips were really really good. They were basically mini tortilla circles with good seasoning. They came with salsa and a black bean dip and we ordered guac as well. For our entrees my sister got a chicken quesadilla which was ginormous, mom, brother, and dad got various tacos, and I got the octopus. We all enjoyed our food. For the octopus entree, it came with a good amount of octopus which I was really happy about. The restaurant wasn’t very busy between their inside and outside seating which was very surprising for a Saturday night but I’d say it was a nice atmosphere. Overall if you are craving good classic Mexican food this is a place to go."

"Enjoyed a weeknight out here with my girlfriend. What first impressed me was how beautiful this place is at night, and the live music was awesome. The volume inside was just right, although I’m a little disappointed that our request to sit outdoors on our reservation wasn’t honored. We started with ceviche which featured fresh tuna, spicy habanero, and refreshing mango salsa which paired well with the salty beet and sweet potato chips. She had a watermelon margarita and I had their Cadillac which was fairly strong which I appreciated. For entrees she had the chicken street tacos and I had 2 specialty tacos: the Viper (chicken and ghost chile salsa) and the duck. Overall the tacos were okay, good flavors and well prepared meats but overall a tad bland. I felt myself craving salt throughout my meal. As for service, they were fairly busy. I would’ve appreciated another beverage and was never asked. Our server could’ve made us feel a little more welcomed. Overall a 4/5 experience. Come here for a good dinner, great ambiance, and strong drinks, keeping in mind there are probably better options nearby."

"Great place for lunch or dinner. Service was amazing. Many vegetarian options to choose from. I had the popcorn cauliflower taco, and my guest had the sweet potato and poblano taco. There's an option to add rice and black beans on the side. The food is fantastic. My highlight was the chips and dips. I have never seen an entire tortilla turned into a giant chip. Love it! The spicy tomato salsa and the black bean dips are amazing. Again, I highly recommend the place."

"My son and DIL took me here for my birthday. Oh my, the food was terrific! We all sort of sampled some of each other's food. The wait staff were attentive making sure that we were all happy with our food. We all ate everything on our plates. The atmosphere was nice too. And clean. As we left, the staff smiled and thanked us for coming. I would definitely recommend eating there, although you might have to make reservations. It would be worth it, though."
